 Meet our newest Escrow Officer Linda Anderson:

Linda Anderson is a seasoned escrow officer who is an expert at delivering results and customer satisfaction. Most recently she has specialized in REO transactions as a settlement agent with RELS Settlement Services in Minneapolis, MN. In this capacity she handled the closing services for all of the Wells Fargo owned foreclosures in MN, VA, WA and NE.

Linda is no stranger to the real estate industry. She spent over 16 years as broker/owner of her own real estate firm in central Minnesota. During that time she also obtained her Minnesota Contractor’s license and partnered with a developer in new home construction.

Additionally, Linda has gained a wide range of skills in mortgage processing with Wells Fargo Mortgage and as a financial advisor with Prudential Financial.

Giving back to the community has always been a part of Linda’s activities outside of work. She served as County Condemnation Commissioner, President of the local Chamber of Commerce and Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) volunteer, to name a few.

Having been born and raised in Minnesota and recently transplanted to Texas, Linda also is looking forward to throwing away her fur-lined ear-flap hat, long down-filled coat and Eskimo boots and riding motorcycles 12 months out of the year. In her free time, Linda also enjoys fishing, antiquing, sun-sand-surf vacations and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
